The Strategic Initiatives team is focused on enabling and facilitating corporate strategy by guiding, managing, measuring, and reporting high-impact, complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve the bottom line.\u202fThis team also leads all initiatives around government, public policy and issue advocacy while monitoring and engaging in legislative advocacy at the federal, state, local and regulatory level\u202fto advance the policy and business objectives of Switch.\u202fThe team\u2019s wide range of initiatives include M&A activities, corporate development, strategic partnerships, system integrations and special projects identified during annual corporate strategic planning.\u202f<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\nThe Engagement team is centered on the people who make up Switch. This team drives all aspects of communication, collaboration and learning for Switch team members through thoughtfully curated content on our internal communications platform, strategically executed events, and interactive educational programming. Human Resources<\/b>
\nThe Human Resources team manages recruiting, on-boarding, state, local and federal employment law compliance, compensation, benefits and leave administration, payroll and taxes, Human Resources Information System, employee relations, performance, organizational structure assistance, and company policy and procedure compliance.
